These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Celina Nowak/ holessentielle@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) regarding the booking of coaching services, programs, workshops, or digital products.
Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right to withdraw or cancel a distance contract once agreed.
All sales are final. While we reserve the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill, these accommodations carry no legal substance and are granted purely at my discretion.
To request a withdrawal, contact Celina Nowak/ holessentielle@gmail.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., via e-mail) of your decision.
By finalizing your booking, checking the agreement box at checkout, and making payment, you explicitly request and consent to the immediate execution of the coaching services or immediate delivery of the digital products.
You acknowledge and agree that by giving this express consent, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and are not eligible for a refund once the service has begun or the digital product is delivered.
Subject of the Contract
The Provider offers coaching services, programs, and, where applicable, digital products. The exact scope of services results from the respective service description on the website or in the individual offer.Conclusion of Contract
1. The presentation of offers on the website or in other documents does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to book.2. The contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the Participant’s booking in writing (by e-mail).Prices and Payment Terms
1. All prices are stated in CHF and are final, unless otherwise noted.2. Payment is due immediately after or serves as the conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed in written form.3. Payment is made via the payment methods indicated (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, payment service provider).Services & Participation Requirements
1. The Provider delivers all services online (e.g., via Zoom/video call).2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a functioning technical setup and a stable internet connection.3. Coaching is a free, active, and self-responsible process. A specific success is not owed.Cancellation and Withdrawal
1. All bookings of containers, programs, courses, or digital products are final. By checking out you agree to the terms and conditions and conclude a legally binding contract. 2. For EU/EEA residents, special provisions apply (see "Right of Withdrawal" below).Liability
1. The Provider is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.2. Liability for health-related, professional, or financial outcomes is excluded.3. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, or other healthcare treatment.Copyright
